§ 6-61. Retail liquor dealers; employment restrictions.

No retail liquor dealer shall employ a person under 18 years of age to handle or serve alcoholic beverages in his place of business other than baggers or stock personnel. Additionally, no retail liquor dealer shall employ a person under 21 years of age to be, to act as or perform the duties or functions of a bartender in his place of business.
