§ 6-27. Required.

  • No person shall sell or offer for sale at retail in the village any alcoholic liquor without having a retail liquor dealer's liquor license, or in violation of the terms of such license. It shall be unlawful for any person not possessing such a license to deliver or serve alcoholic liquor or to allow the delivery or service of alcoholic liquor in any place of public accommodation. BYOB (bring your own bottle) services in a place of public accommodation absent of such a license are prohibited in the village.
