§ 44-189. To abut on street.

(a)

Every lot shall abut on a dedicated and improved street for at least 25 feet.

(b)

Corner lots in residential zones shall be considered as having frontage on both streets and shall be increased in width to conform with minimum setback lines on both streets.

(c)

Side lines of lots shall be approximately at right angles or radial to the street line.

(d)

Double frontage lots, other than corner lots, will be permitted only under unusual circumstances.
