§ 42-204. Finishing.

In all areas adjoining a permanently paved street (the parkway), the abutting property owner shall cause the area between the sidewalk and the curb to be filled with clay and four inches of black dirt topping, graded level and planted with sod. Trees shall be planted in accordance with the requirements of this Code.
