§ 42-30. Display of goods and advertising on public ways restricted.

  • Except for village-sponsored or park district-sponsored activities, no person shall use any street, sidewalk or other public place, including park district property, as space for the display or sale of goods or merchandise, or write or mark any signs or advertisements on any such pavement.
