§ 40-26. Maximum amount of waste collected from multifamily dwellings.

Two-flat and three-flat buildings, including basements apartments, may place for collection one 96-gallon container of waste per unit. Four-flat to six-flat buildings may place for collection up to two yards of waste per week, and apartment complexes in excess of six units may place for collection an additional two yards (i.e., up to four yards) of waste per week.
