§ 38-135. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Roof sign means any sign erected, constructed and maintained wholly upon or over the roof of any building with the principal support on the roof structure.
