§ 38-6. Insurance and bond requirements.

Every applicant for a permit referred to in this chapter shall, before the permit is granted, file with the building commissioner a bond in the amount of $10,000.00 and a public liability insurance policy in the amount of no less than $300,000.00 for any one person and $500,000.00 for any one accident, and shall indemnify and save harmless the village from any and all damages, judgments, costs or expenses which this village may incur or suffer by reason of the granting of such permit.
