§ 2-432. Power to order emergency repairs of streets, bridges, sewers and water mains.

The committee on streets, streetlights and drainage and the committee on sewer and water shall have the power in case of emergency of ordering necessary repairs of any street, alley, bridge, culvert, sewer or water main, the cost of which repair shall not exceed $10,000.00.
