§ 2-26. Agenda for board meetings.

  • (a)

    At least 48 hours prior to each committee or board meeting, a complete agenda shall be distributed to the president, board of trustees and all local newspapers serving the village. In addition thereto, the agenda shall be posted in a conspicuous and accessible location at the village hall.

    (b)

    The village clerk shall place upon the agenda such items that have come to his attention which require consideration or action at the ensuing committee or board meetings. In addition to the items placed upon the agenda by the village clerk, the village clerk shall also, at the direction of the president, trustees or department heads, list agenda items for consideration or action.

    (c)

    This agenda shall designate all matters to be considered under the category or department applicable thereto, and shall include both unfinished and new business.
