§ 28-25. Maintenance standards generally.

It is hereby declared unlawful and a public nuisance, per se, for any person owning, leasing, occupying or having charge or possession of any premises or land in this village to permit, allow, or maintain such premises or land such that any one or more of the following conditions or activities exist:

(1)

Any condition recognized in law or equity as constituting a public nuisance;

(2)

Any dangerous, unsightly, or blighted condition that is detrimental to the health, safety or welfare of the public;

(3)

Any condition that is in violation of this Code or a resolution or lawful order promulgated by authorized village officials.
