§ 12-206. Right of appeal from refusal or for variation; fee.

  • If the building commissioner refuses to issue a fence permit, or, if the applicant desires a variation from provisions of such permit, he shall file an appeal, in writing, with the planning and zoning board within 15 days from the date of the refusal. The appeal shall be accompanied by a filing fee as shown in the village fee schedule.
